      Getting to meet new people

      Cons

      Employees are overworked and not compensated fairly, uppermanagement do not care about people what so ever. People are hired over sex, race, image (unless your name is alejandro do not bother applying for the kitchen). People are treated unfairly and favoritism is definitely occuring on a daily basis. Employees are required to work up to 12 hours or more at times without even getting a break.

      1/2 off your meals. That's pretty much it.

      Cons

      Management. They have no faith in their employees. It's all about the bottom line. Absolutely no interest in making the environment better for their employees. Very bad at training. Keeps servers at 2 tables. No one can make money that way. No rotation at the host stand. No encouragement of employees but expected you to go above and beyond for them.

      Pros

      Always on the move and lots to do. Moved up quick but moved 4 times 3 years to make it happen. Moved all over the country and met great friends.

      Cons

      Lots of changes at the time, lack of trust between Ad's and management. Long hours, just like any other restaurant. Low prices bring in some not so friendly people. Great stories from these though, I suppose that would be a pro.
