Pros

I worked as a busser and a host at the Chandler restaurant for a while, and most of the staff was very friendly, it paid well, and the flexibility to drop and pick up shifts was great. I actually loved working here, even on the days where it was insanely busy. There were good opportunities for advancement and getting more hours. I believe the management genuinely cares about the well-being of the staff there, and they do their best, often going above and beyond to keep things running smoothly.

Cons

I have a hard time understanding why, but even the people who are not hard workers seem convinced that they are doing all the work, and aren't appreciated enough. Those who pick up their slack aren't always recognized either, so there's a sense of distrust. When it comes to personal relationships, they get along pretty well and are actually quite friendly, but the idea of "everyone else isn't doing their job except me" keeps employees from trusting their coworkers to run their food while they run someone else's, etc. There's not really any teamwork, because it's each person trying to make certain their own stuff is done correctly, since they don't believe anyone else is doing their own work, much less helping them.

Pros

a mindless job with half off food. some coworkers and managers were great.

Cons

I hated this place when I worked here. no weekends off for the two years I worked there. kept my hours just short of what was needed to qualify for pto. managers would consistently schedule me to get off at a certain time and then make me stay for another shift.

Pros

Money is good but that's it! Not open late I guess is a positive for adults who don't want to be in a bar environment late

Cons

Unprofessional management, horrible corporate support, terrible communication! Just an awful experience with a terrible company overall! Don't care about people and what makes happy employees
