      the serving staff is generally very friendly and will quickly become your family. Also, the restaurant is normally very busy.

      Cons

      The management is very lazy. Once had a table find a fly in their meal and my manager refused to even visit the table let alone comp the meal. The company recently made a policy that employees can only come in to eat twice a month and get their discount... Almost every week, I had a manager fudging my hours because they didn't want me in over time. PERVERT managers! Had a manager showing an extremely inappropriate video of two kids playing with a sex toy in the office. Long shifts, bad customer base, consistent bad tips (but they're busy so they add up $$), max out at 3-4 tables, food never comes out right, VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE, not enough training for all of the new servers that they hire who've never served before
