Pros
I loved working in the team dynamic, and helping the customers. It has a very fun environment and of course yummy food ! Usually a very friendly ", work environment. Very upbeat and fast paced, rarely were we slow.
Cons
At my particular Cheddars there were a lot of management issues. We couldn't keep managers for more than 6 months at a time which wounded us a a staff. It was hard to respect authority coming in and hard for new authoriry to establish any kind of boundaries, rules, etc.
