      The Cheddars work experience was a fun, fast-paced work environment, with the obvious cons of being a server.

      Pros

      Servers can move up and hold higher positions , which rewards them with more tables, better tables, and more responsibility. High Volume Restaurant = More Money Managers are understanding about problems Training and Early shifts are well suited to prepare the servers

      Cons

      Specific shifts will be many times more profitable than others Managers at times keep too many or too little servers on at a time Lots of gossip in server life

      My personal experience at Cheddars is for the most part good, however there are some off days.

      Pros

      Great food and relatively low prices for the size of portions. Most of the employees work well together. occasionally will make really good tips, and most if the costumers are understanding and appreciative.

      Cons

      although there is potential to make great tips that is not always the case. Due to the low prices of food, the type of costumers who are attracted to the restaurant are not always the most generous when it comes to tipping.
