Pros

Great benefits and good pay. Strong support from corporate, depending on who you talk to. Very intuitive and up to date with technology. Takes care of team members more than any other restaurant corporation.

Cons

Labor expectations are nearly impossible to meet unless we run a skeleton crew all the time. No time to manage our employees and standards. We work prep, dish, the line, and help in front of house every shift to meet the very minimal labor hours expectations. Long hours. Pressure from upper management to meet guest satisfaction surveys when we cannot talk to guests because we are minimizing labor by working in positions.

Pros

They're making me put something here lol. I guess if you're first out they cut you super early. Whoever gets left on the line though good luck to him.

Cons

2 line coats in the kitchen and 20 servers don't seem right. For one cook to cook for 300 guess. Well I think they just want people to die on their line. And you have full screen 10 minutes before it close. And obviously you're the only person there

Pros

Great food made from scratch. Concept is good.

Cons

Since Darden purchased, the belt has been tightened quite a bit and it is often difficult to have the most successful shifts from a labor perspective. Used to have generous level of management staff to truly run a high volume restaurant the right way. Management levels reduced as well.
