Pros

There are lots of smart people you can still learn from Pay is competitive, initially (see cons) Flexible WFH/remote capability Product has great potential

Cons

- Due to poor market performance, no raises or bonuses for 3+ years (The pay is competitive if you negotiate well initially, otherwise be content with your salary a few years or until you find a new employer) - Product is remarkably better than before, but disjointed and lots of duct tape and gum holding things together. If the company had stronger leadership, I would feel confident as a customer using the technical solution. - In an effort to make the numbers, they continue to lay-off staff. Layoffs are a regular occurrence and has created a super anxious and toxic workforce. - There are select managers that lead by public humiliation and intimidation, which creates less than ideal working conditions. Research any manager you may be working for before you sign up. - One of the most political companies I have ever experienced. - CEO was barely visible and didn't really seem to have a clear vision for things. - Very little advancement for growth because of the continuous layoffs (also, who wants to sign up for that) - All staffing decisions are financial instead of business need, so if you are a manager trying to get a backfill, good luck. For customers, your work will suffer. - If you are a female or minority trying to get ahead, look for a different company. You are not welcome. - Tone-deaf marketing department - This is the dynamic Bro duo that hired Tommy Lee, a known abuser, to represent their brand. Nothing says "trust me" like two dudes jumping out of a plane to then buddy-up with someone convicted of assault and battery. - Known practice of writing fake reviews to boost ratings. Such a shame because this company had so much potential but squandered it. It feels too late now.

Pros

Nice WFH policy Insurance (not the best but a good one) Vacations Kind of nice offices

Cons

If you are not super friends with your leader, forget about getting a promotion Feedback from your manager, what is that? You will only hear you're doing things the right way IF you receive any kind of feedback, don't expect empathy or a partnership to find a solution if there are areas of improvement, they will only point our your errors Forget about having a life if you want to grow inside the company, if you work 12 - 13 hrs daily, if you have any luck, someone will notice that, but don't expect much out of it Lack of training for leaders, they don't know how to communicate things HHRR is there becase, well, any company needs to have an HHRR department, that's it Management doesn't know how to take decisions Personal situation, I've been reporting 20 hrs weekly of bandwidth for the last 2 months, management doesn't know what to do
