Pros

Opportunities for growth, including departmental changes Great competitive benefits and state of the art office space Relative freedom to propose ideas and implement changes Great proprietary software is interesting to learn and meets client's needs

Cons

Company separated from Experian and has been trying to find its identity ever since Too many org and management changes have spiked attrition (of both employees and clients) and left most teams desolated and work loads messed up Lack of strategy and growing plans in most key departments makes it very hard to feel valued and rewarded or get mentoring/coaching opportunities Some groups like sales, success, product get all the exec's attention and recognition while others are left to create their own internal recognition programs/initiatives, overall cultural disconnect

Pros

There are lots of smart people you can still learn from Pay is competitive, initially (see cons) Flexible WFH/remote capability Product has great potential

Cons

- Due to poor market performance, no raises or bonuses for 3+ years (The pay is competitive if you negotiate well initially, otherwise be content with your salary a few years or until you find a new employer) - Product is remarkably better than before, but disjointed and lots of duct tape and gum holding things together. If the company had stronger leadership, I would feel confident as a customer using the technical solution. - In an effort to make the numbers, they continue to lay-off staff. Layoffs are a regular occurrence and has created a super anxious and toxic workforce. - There are select managers that lead by public humiliation and intimidation, which creates less than ideal working conditions. Research any manager you may be working for before you sign up. - One of the most political companies I have ever experienced. - CEO was barely visible and didn't really seem to have a clear vision for things. - Very little advancement for growth because of the continuous layoffs (also, who wants to sign up for that) - All staffing decisions are financial instead of business need, so if you are a manager trying to get a backfill, good luck. For customers, your work will suffer. - If you are a female or minority trying to get ahead, look for a different company. You are not welcome. - Tone-deaf marketing department - This is the dynamic Bro duo that hired Tommy Lee, a known abuser, to represent their brand. Nothing says "trust me" like two dudes jumping out of a plane to then buddy-up with someone convicted of assault and battery. - Known practice of writing fake reviews to boost ratings. Such a shame because this company had so much potential but squandered it. It feels too late now.

Pros

Very collaborative atmosphere where people are willing to help you succeed.

Cons

More competitive salaries would help. But isn't that true everywhere?
