Pros
Good benefits, unlimited vacation, pay is good if you’re a man, miserable if you’re not. remote first culture.
Cons
It’s all just cis white male culture. No one takes you seriously unless you are, management is very politically conservative and not shy about saying so, and there’s zero inclusion in any way. There’s “diversity” but only because they have a hub in India, otherwise there’s none and probably 1 woman for every 10 men, at best. it’s impossible to get a reasonable pay raise, regardless of tenure or skill.
