Perfect job for rookie bartenders/servers

Pros

The interview composed of company logistics and lacked interview questions, so an inexperienced bartender/server can get hired without worry. Easy job but difficult work place.

Cons

Unless you work for the corporate office or management team, benefits were not offered to full-time employees. Lack of basic management skills from managers and some assistant managers. Favoritism is commonplace. Free pour for bartenders.
