Pros

Co-workers. That's about it. Staff and restaurant managers are wonderful.

Cons

Upper management is a bunch of fools on power trips who micro manage. The office is in shambles and can not even handle paychecks. Messing up checks between employees because they share a last name. Not helpful at all when attempting to get anything done. Can not even handle two checks direct deposit, and change rules consistently. They have adjusted my tips which is illegal, their excuse was "you must have made more than you declared." Not in the winter time. Last but not least, Bob Cooper. I would gladly take his salary to wander around dumbfounded trying to find something to do to look/act/feel important. He comes into the restaurants and tries to micro manage, even on a busy night. Never once has offered to help a employee who is busy, instead he will make them go and do some unimportant task. His underlings are afraid of him, and he has no business sense what so ever.
