I’ve been with this company now for three years and over my time here I have gotten to know plenty of great people and gain valuable customer service skills. The managers genuinely care about their workers and the restaurants I’ve worked at have all felt like a big family. Great for a first job to gain restaurant experience or as a possible career choice after high school, a trade school, or college.
Cons
I would not say that I have faced any cons while working for Chefs.
Great friends and great connections
learned great skill - bartending, management, stock, and HR
Cons
Managers could be doing more to make us money. We know you are on salary but coming to a dead bar offering no deals or live entertainment definitely cost us all big this summer.
