Cons

Upper management will hold you back. They do not encourage you to provide quality work, they just want yes men. Upper management will act like they care and actively work to make your career miserable.

Free lunch but left out the culture to go with that.

Cons

Look don't work here. It is toxic. Gas light you and the whole nine yards. Like working with a social community of 8th graders and as clicky as well. I was not able to use my vacation time as there is no life work balance unless you are special than you will be given time off.
