You Learn a lot, and have many opportunities to work with people from many different backgrounds. IT Dept - are all really nice, always willing to help and work together. MGMT was amazing.

Cons

IT Department members are human beings, other departments had a tendency to forget that.

Management doesn’t listen to concerns, they make excuses for employees that slack off all while piling more and more work on you. There is no accountability. Also if the 90 HR employees mess up and it affects you then they will look at you like they did nothing wrong while making it seem like it’s your problem not theirs.
