Worked at ChemTreat, Inc. from 1985 to, actually 2008 (PROS), when Danaher bought us out (CONS)...I probably would still be there.

Cons

From 2008 on there was pressure to "measure up"; if one wasn't considered leadership quality, they were on their way out even if it took FIVE YEARS. No raise during this time. Management let it be known early retirement was a great option...or, just go.
