The pay is great and most of the people working for ChemTreat are great as well. You get as much as you put into it.

Cons

Expect to work long hours if you are out in the field. The job is stressful at times and work/home balance can be difficult.

free meals, and food sometimes. cofee bar and small gym on site

Cons

very few opportunities for advancement, low salaries. more opportunities for people coming from outside than current employees. Senior level and HR doesnt reward you for what you do. its all about them.
