The pay is great and there is upward mobility

Cons

The upward mobility is there because people don't stay long. The company is under the DANAHER umbrella which bleeds all that works for DANAHER into Chemtreat which I don't think necessarily works for the company. There is no clear direction from management. The upper management could care less of the people and try to get to know anyone in the Glen Allen office. The turnover is so high it doesn't give you the warm and fuzzy feeling to want to stay.
