Why did they have the largest orientation class in the end of Nov 2022 if they were laying employees off mid Feb 2023?

Can't think of any at the time

Cons

- Toxic culture (stated by the Chief Legal Officer during an all hands meeting) - Wrong people in the wrong roles - Too much red tape to achieve results - Extremely high turnover (not due to the Great Resignation especially in IT and HRIS) - Make sure you ask about attrition during the interview and the length of time employees have been at the company - IT owns the HRIS security but lacks the knowledge to properly assign access so that people can do their job
