Increasingly unrealistic goals They do not pay commissions - they find every reason to not pay you for a sale you CLEARLY made The turn over rate is INSANE which is a clear red flag

As we expand, the growing pains are real. With that said, we never want our people, the heartbeat of ChenMed, to feel the level of pressure you're describing. Our commission structure is laid out clearly before and during onboarding. We would have been happy to clarify, but we see you're no longer with us.
