You get to make patients smile and feel great doing that.

Cons

Problem is the management, Lauderhill office doesn’t rthere employee at all. I hear back supervisor speak rudely with patients and staff, manager speak rudely to certain employee. Somebody needs to be accountable for there actions starting with managers and supervisors.

Concept of Care provided to the Senior population and founding principles along with the founders are superb

Cons

No accountability in the Atlanta Market and The Market President/HR Rep in Atlanta favors friendship over employee performance and morale to the point of extreme discrimination which someone needs to take them to court to address.
