      Pros

      Chenmed/Jencare is on the forefront of transforming the health care industry. The Companies Vision, Mission and Values are not words on a page or merely inspirational epithets. It is lived out daily by the the leaders, and vast majority of the physicians and employees. In turn this fosters a very healthy work environment. I am honored to be a part of this organization.

      Cons

      Not really a CON... The company is growing; therefore, we are experiencing a few pain points. These opportunities are not unique to Chenmed/Jencare. A multitude of healthcare organizations across nation have similar opportunities to navigate through. Many will continue to struggle. However, there is no doubt that we will preserve and realize our Vision.

      Over Worked & Under Paid. None Stop Assignments, No Help From The Lead. All They Care Is About Is Having High Numbers.

      The patients, hour lunch an great pens.

      Cons

      The none stop heavy work load; not feeling appreciated; under paid. Working for two Africans who look down on you & think their better than you are. Working with no one acknowledging your hard work only acknowledging when their numbers are low, although you’re under staffed. Horrible depressing environment!

      Pros

      This company has not only shown its kindness through its patient care, but through its support of its employees. And to be honest, this is something that the world likes to overlook. I have worked for this company for 2 years and I have been taught that not all big corporations forgets where its focus is, their employees. Jencare has also taught me that a close knit culture in a company is something that can work in corporate America. Chenmed/Jencare has not forgotten and I’m not just one of the number of employees, but that I matter to them.

      Cons

      Change is always happening here just as it would at any medical center or office setting. You have to be adaptable to change and able to multitask, if not you will be like those horrible reviews people have written. Those folks were not able to compete so I'm not sure why they compared their job role to others.
