Very thorough interview process for MA position by the clinical manager. Clinical manager seemed to be very knowledgeable and very professional.

Cons

Not much communication after the interview skills check.

Funny and deserving seniors. Providing outstanding customer service to patients.

This place is the most unprofessional environment I have experienced in any workplace. All the management have hospitality/hotel experience and they call the shots in a HEALTH CARE environment why? It's a complete embarrassment to see them try to answer questions concerning medical care. Patients are taken care of but the bad attitudes of the staff comes from lack of motivation from management. All this company about is numbers. Everything is always about numbers and getting it done in the cheapest way possible. Low pay and overworked employees does not make for good business, which is why they have a high turnover rate. Also it seems like only favorites get promotions.
