Your under paid from housekeeping on up. You cant complain because it will get back to the management that you did. This company is full of liars and con artist . YOU WILL NOT GROW WITH THIS COMPANY . THE CHENS really need to be more hands on on how management is treating their works as specially something as simple as claiming to promote from with in. ALL THE PATIENTS ARE TO THIS GUYS IS A PAY CHECK AND IF YOU DON'T GET ON BOARD YOU MIGHT GET FIRED OR LEFT AT SOMETHING CLOSE TO MINIMUM WAGE . i started as house keeping making the same as Mc donalds with and 50 cent raise wow

After a long search I've joined a health care company of fast thinkers! My team lives and practices an entrepreneurial, innovative mindset that compliments my own values. I've found the commitment to the company mission is both inspirational and palpable. The hallmark of satisfaction for me, personally, is how my manager leads the team using clear, open communication/feedback, understands what really motivates people and a collaborative, real-time technology that helps "clear the deck" for us to do great work. Love being able to say -- after a really long search for "what's next" for me professionally -- I joined the ChenMed team because I was recruited. Happy to found a culture that is a great fit, in the healthcare industry, doing the kind of work I am passionate about.

Warning: This is the WORST Company!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing but greedy con artists & liars in management!!!!! Once they trap you (by contract), you're their prisoner until they dump you like trash!!!!! They run this company like a Chinese sweat shop. They say their patients are most important, BS, all they care about is making their own pockets rich. Sad and pathetic how they prey on the elderly & treat their employees. BEWARE of this company!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust these very honest, negative reviews posted. The positive ones are fake, posted by their very corrupt leaders to lure in the innocent. Be warned.
