      Company Cares More about Money than Patients

      I love my job. I genuinely love what I get to do every single day. I love the people I work for and getting to help the neediest seniors but getting to help my community.

      Cons

      The leadership of this organization cares more about money and growth than it does about the people who work there or the patients it serves.

      You get to meet very interesting people

      Cons

      Even if your job description only says 3 things that you need to do you are required to do everything and anything it doesn't matter what it is from getting a patient into the office to clean a mess to teach your new supervisor what needs to be done and then not get recognized whatsoever and then you do everything at the office like a manager would and the managers don't want that they want someone that knows how to kiss a** and dont work. That internal growth thing that people talk about is only for the people that kiss a** the ones that truly work and do the right stuff we don't get promoted.
