Can't think of any.. Maybe benefits but they aren't explained well to employees.

Cons

This company does not value it's employees. Managers are so afraid of the owners they won't stand up for the reports when they make one mistake. I've seen people get fired after years of working here, never making a mistake, and after one slip up they're let go.

Great Mission & Purpose to helping seniors but forget about employees.

Cons

The company states their turnover is because of HYPER GROWTH but it is really because of lack of leadership, communication & value of employees. You are a number &b it is a churn & burn environment.

Increasingly unrealistic goals They do not pay commissions - they find every reason to not pay you for a sale you CLEARLY made The turn over rate is INSANE which is a clear red flag
