Pros

After a long search I've joined a health care company of fast thinkers! My team lives and practices an entrepreneurial, innovative mindset that compliments my own values. I've found the commitment to the company mission is both inspirational and palpable. The hallmark of satisfaction for me, personally, is how my manager leads the team using clear, open communication/feedback, understands what really motivates people and a collaborative, real-time technology that helps "clear the deck" for us to do great work. Love being able to say -- after a really long search for "what's next" for me professionally -- I joined the ChenMed team because I was recruited. Happy to found a culture that is a great fit, in the healthcare industry, doing the kind of work I am passionate about.

Cons

None based on my experience thus far.

Pros

This company is sadly loosing good employees, You may get a t-shirt or two, or a sweater and plenty of stressful filled days. Don't let the free lunches fool you, You are able to execute your daily routes on your free will; but beware of the tracking tools. They fired entire departments to save money left and right, even stellar managers and employees.

Cons

2024 is the year of trimming the fat, firing employees to save and cut corners. The daily stressors and micromanaging are extremely distressing. From the top down is all bla bla bla...they fire employees and then bring them back ...to fire them again, this company will most likely sell out to "big Advantage plans companies", or a Walmart at some point. Your Purchase card given by mgmnt to use an entire month for all activities is down to menial amount, Your Gasoline and tolls not reimbursed and commission sales pay outs are 3 months back to get paid your commissions, Every month they try to knock off your sales commissions owed to you, to lesser sales to save money; You have to invent events weekly to justify your employment, EVEN when peers from other offices were at the same location the day before. Its a pool of sharks everywhere, stepping over others like yourself, You can be monitored at any time, If you don't sell well on quota, be ready for a performance improvement plan and menacing firing pressure. There is NO advancement anywhere, only more monthly quota for a few more dollars pay that they tax at highest percentage possible. Don't take any days off, otherwise you cant make your quota; Go elsewhere...unless you prefer irritable bowel syndrome or loss of sleep.

Pros

Time flexibility. You make your own schedule and as long you are signing people you are good. Having an agent that gives you lead is excellent but finding an agent that does not work with other clinics is hard. There is a lot of driving involved in your own car. Micromanagement is an issue You only have 300 dollars to use a month in your events, and it is hard to plan big if you are visiting an organization The company can be great for some patients , but not for all.

Cons

Level 1 : 50k plus commission (7/10 patients a month) you only get commission if all the patients come for their first appointment. Level 2 : 60k plus commission (you need to bring 13 patients a month) : 1200 commission Level 3 : 70k plus commission (20 patients a month) 2500 commission Patients are hard to find/ agents do not provide leads every time
