Local leadership can be reasonable. Good pay. Clean, modern, and functional environment at the clinics.

Cons

Very high turnover and termination rates. Higher leadership out of touch with clinical operations. The company is a piggy bank for the owners’ lavish lifestyle.

Great coworkers and colleagues. Remote work available for some jobs.

Cons

Company leadership lacks a clear vision. Fighting amongst the leaders which slows growth. They over hire and then mass layoff employees. Leadership is biased.

You can’t wfh. The company does not take HR complaints seriously. There is new management every 6 months. They promote you if your willing to rat on everyone else.
