Work life balance and that’s about it

Cons

Too crowded; when one person gets sick in the office everyone gets sick because it’s 10 people in one office; it’s hard to concentrate most time when so many people are cramped in one office; no tuition reimbursement which makes you want to start looking elsewhere

Cons

The office I worked in was led by inept management team. They were discriminatory and rude. The front staff in this particular office was rude and lazy
