Remote work Not micro-managed by Chenega. Contracted out so more long-term contract work

No bonuses or incentives for hard work.

Competitive Salary. Good working relationship with the customer.

Cons

A LOT of employee turnover. Within the past year one team on my project turned over the majority ( more than 90 % I think ) of employees. Work environment is toxic.
