      I think the concept of Cherokee Federal is a good one, but the sub Preting that used their name was horrible.

      Cons

      I left a solid job elsewhere to go to Preting - a sub of Cherokee Federal and after a week they let me go saying the customer still wasn't sure what they wanted. Apparently, they were just going to churn people through until their customer figured it out. All they had to do was communicate better with both me and their customer to determine what all was expected. Just not a serious player - husband and wife run - neither of whom ever seemed to be at the wheel. Not accountable or business savvy.
