Pay is mediocre, matching 401k good.

Cons

you will be salary and expected to work 72 hours/week during 4 month deployments but still getting paid only for 40 hours. Only company with deployments that do not compensate for the extra hours. And most company benefits are only available in Oklahoma (Cherokee Nation).

There are some wonderful people who care about their coworkers and are very helpful and kind. These people create a fun, respectful environment that you enjoy being a part of.

Cons

There are others that are very opinionated and when they decide to help or return your call, can be very helpful. If they are not in the mood to respond or assist, it may be days, weeks, or possibly never that you hear back from them.
