Terrible Company Overall

Pros

Playing the Bunny, interacting with kids on set in character, the Assistant Managers (who were far more productive and helpful than the higher ups)

Cons

Being in a hot furry suit for 6 hours straight due to management purposefully aiming to rob me of my rest breaks and meal breaks. California law requires a compensation of 1 hour of pay per unprovided meal and rest breaks, (I was owed 4 hours) to which I did not receive until after the seasonal position had ended due to poor communication via management. Very inexperienced employees, managers, etc. Very unprofessional district manager. No documents whatsoever to establish official employment, liability, etc. Pay inequality, No official/organized paper trail/sign out sheets whatsoever to record rest breaks/meal breaks. Very unhappy employees consistently complaining about disorganization, very high volume of quitting employees.

Pros

Fun job, seasonal, easy tasks.

Cons

Seasonal, low hours, minimum wage, corporate reviews everything and doesn’t give you any flexibility on pricing sales or even the ability to hand out brochures because they’re afraid the customer will price out our packages versus others. Poor quality training, it feels like micromanagement from people you’ve never met.
