My cons would be sometimes the printers don't always work right and sometimes I get product that I have to work with tech on. There's times when we need support and we shouldn't have to go through a long chain we should just be able to go directly to that support. Last season we were told we had to go to our direct manager for a tech problem and if she can't resolve it then we could go to text That's just asinine especially if I have too many customers in line I should be able to go straight to the tech line get the problem resolved and be done with it so that I can move on with my customers. Also it's a bonus system stinks there are too many requirements to meet one bonus and that's unfair to the people who work hard and do the best that they can and provide the best magical service to every customer and every child. For example we were a straight A we had a couple Bs and C's but not very many. For the most part we stayed above I believe 85% maybe even higher I think and we might not be a money store because you don't have a whole lot of business but we had more business this season than we had had in the previous seasons and we still didn't get our bonus we didn't even get our pack out bonus and we did everything correct as far as I'm aware we got no bonus and we strived and did the best we could for cherry Hill program. Bonus we did get our paycheck that was cool but it would have been nice to receive a bonus or a pat on the back or something because I believe in my district we are the best in our district when it comes to selling packages a's. The difficulty to move somebody from a C package to an A package sometimes is a great difficulty and if we had merch back it wouldn't be so difficult. And the eight packages on our team would be even better. Also my manager creates props so that we're not doing the same boring pictures over and over again I believe props should be paid for by Cherry Hill programs and not out of the manager's pocket. Also I was told that you guys only want to pay $8 an hour for an employee a new employee that's freaking stupid we had a hard time getting people to work for us at $11 an hour what do you think $8 an hour is going to do we're not going to get any employees with that would you like to work for $8 an hour just saying....
