Does not prepare us for the stress that could come about. While working, I was told by the manager that the customers don't need to see the photos being taken and cares a lot more about profit rather than the experience for the children and parents.

They payed me $2 an hour for my first 2 weeks of working there and never corrected it, even got rude and argued with me over it. Never got my pay corrected. which is ILLEGAL by the way! the management team is rude, awful and make you feel like your job does not matter mean while you are the one running the show. they want you to treat customers with disrespect and make their holiday season about money, rather than the memories of meeting Santa. I even saw managers screaming with customers over them asking for more pictures. They will almost harass you as there was a staff member crying daily at work over management and how we were treated.
