Pros

- Amazing management, my district manager Jenna was the best boss I have ever had, even with all of the locations she oversees, Jenna was always a phone call away and extremely supportive! - The team, everyone on my team was customer service driven, went above and beyond for each and every customer and made going to work so much fun. - Working with Santa of course! Santa Gary was by far the best I have worked with in my 3 years at Cherry Hill, we had Customers come back after their first visit and bring their friends or family members to introduce Santa to! He made every interaction so special, even my first time meeting him felt so magical! - The support, the amount of support that is provided within this company is something I always talk about when sharing my experience working for Cherry Hill. From the quick response time with the district manager, to all of the IT people who work so hard to provide quick fixes, and of course the wonderful daily emails sharing encouraging words and helpful tips (thanks Kim Reed!) -The career opportunities, Cherry Hill offers so many different positions and really looks inwards to provide an immense amount of growth opportunity.

Cons

I really only have one con that occurred this season as it was my first year being apart of management and that is the amount of work hours provided each week, due to the fact the manager and assistant manager were not allowed to work full shifts with each other we had to switch each week who was getting more hours. After doing the math I realized I had more hours as a Sales Associate my previous 2 seasons than I did this season as AM. I believe if Cherry Hill would allow management to be able to work together even on the weekends which are always very busy, I think that would help in providing more hours for both members.

Pros

Fast-paced, promotes from within, value strong employees, company computer, meal allowance, cellphone stipend.

Cons

Increasingly unrealistic workload expectations, lack of change management, corporate staff overworked and unable to effectively assist field, toxic work culture including upper management pitting employees against each other and making promises that aren’t followed through with.
