Pros

Staff was pretty fun and okay to work with. There were a few people I actually loved working with. It helped me get out of my shell.

Cons

Communication with management was a nightmare sometimes. Certain rules were never really enforced. Management plays favorites as well. Once I had requested time off and my request had been forgotten, leaving me to scramble to get people to cover for me. And it seems that favoring behavior doesn't just bloom at the location where I worked at. You don't go very far here if you aren't BFFS with anyone vaugely related to the CEO or management.

Good to know that someone who has been accused of sexual, verbal, emotional abuse and reported to Human Resources multiple times is still in a position of management at this company.

Pros

Flexible time off, great co-workers and it can be fun. Great brand and work environment if you are entry level. If you are above entry level you will realize you need to find a new job.

Cons

REALLY bad communications, management is out of touch and bases decisions off what they think. As long as you think the owner is God; if you are friends of the owner or related you'll go far. It seems like they have everything together until you are hired. They are so hung up on culture they forget they have to make money.
