Cons

Mass exodus happening again. Two managers left within a week. Turnover is high and senior leadership can’t seem to get a grip how to improve morale

There were a lot of perks to working for Chesapeake. Regret leaving the company.

Cons

Company was going through a reorganization and had some positions held by people who were either overworked or underperforming which made doing my job difficult.

Pros

Stable company and future, great leadership at the top level, some amazing employees at all levels who really care about each other. Great benefits. Overall, I am thankful to work at Chesapeake.

Cons

The company is growing quickly and some employees are working a lot to keep up. Processes are old and the way they were done in the past. We need to invest in our people with more staff as we grow and also invest in technology. Work life balance appears to be an issue which can cause turnover and stress.
