Pros

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, amazing place to work, the recruiting and interview process was easy, stress free. As soon as I was hired everything needed for the onboarding process was done in a timely manner and simple to follow. Great company felt very welcome by the team members and from the VP to recruiters. Recommend to anyone that wants to feel value and part of a team that cares about you as an individual and as a team member. Great benefits, competitive salaries, great work and life balance. A culture of belonging and been part of a family from day one. Management team present and available at all times.

Cons

nothing negative to say about this company.

Cons

Poor Local Area Management. Cronyism - Management hires buddies. Poor Pay for expected job duties. Run extremely thin in the field. All of Managements poor decisions end up in the laps of field employees to fix. Poor communication - Especially after-hours management does not answer when on call.
