Pros
Good exposure to new skill and tool/technologies and complete hierarchy in the team . You get to know about the project development flow since it kick off. Companey employee size is around 1200 employee and has portal for appraisal and leave management. Timely you would get the appraisal in six month duration. Floor manager are also supportive.
Cons
- Hire and fire policy , Even not gave notice period to his old employee if they decided to part his/her way. - Stability issue alwase there. No one is safe here wether he is team lead or developer. - PM being not that technical , alwase reluctant to take the resposiblity of the project. PM alwase excuse of having mutiple project due to which not got time in specific's of the any project. -Timing is totally bad , 2:30PM afternoon to 11:30PM night. - There is frequent late night for developer and team lead . late night can go up to 3-4AM in night. - Leave approval from manager and lead is a mess. They asked for advance work.
