For your refreshment they organized many indoor and outdoor sports activities time to time, there is gym for make you fit and food without any cost on Saturday. Its culture has changed over the years, a lot of training session, constantly changing fast paced environment.
They don't hire technical project manager from outside that's why here employees have more chances to improve them, six month appraisal policy is noticeable thing in this company. Management listens to your ideas and you're surrounded by creative thinkers, they always supportive of new ideas and encourages initiatives. They provide cab facility at free of cost in case you have to stay late at night.
