      Pros

      I have been working at Chetu since last 4.5 years. Chetu is a good company to learn and grow, it provides great learning platform in terms of Technologies, roles and responsibilities. Here is good opportunity for the deserving candidate. Appraisal system is very good in comparison to other organization as Chetu is providing two reviews in a year for employee appraisal.

      Alternate Saturday are working here.

      Pros

      Chetu provides good learning opportunity. We are working in various verticals like Healthcare, E-learning, Gaming, Finance, Hospitality, Supply Chain, Retail, Telecom, Travel etc. Free lunch is provided on working Saturday by company for employees. Now a days new Program called "Earn while you Learn" is launched in that employee get Cash Cards of worth Rs. 1000/- as a gift. This is really very good initiative program. Various fun events are also organized for employees.

      I don't see any Cons . Chetu always tries to do something new for their members.

      good only for fresher .. .

      Cons

      worst company , they behave like lever to employee. if you are join this company ,you are playing with your carreer. they show the high salary package , but you will get in hand nothing . employee works at night overtime as lever.
