      Pros

      Job security 0% Leave 0.92 in a month. If you are on leave then also you have to work and company will deduct your salary also. 3 months of notice period. If you want to change then no other company will consider 3 months of notice. You will get new projects in every 4 months because there are most of the client surviving of 4 months only. You have to pay for 5 rs for half tea, 10 rs for full tea and only 15 rs for coffee.... nothing is free there for employee. And the best thing.... there is no HR support. If you try to give 100% also, HR will give 4/10 to 5/10 ratings at the end. Saturday Working, you will learn more.

      Oops..... there no cons according to company... so I have written the same in Pros. Please join this if you want to make your life hell. A request for all please read the whole offer letter 2 times and understand it well before joining this company.

      Good learning environment.. But run by goons..

      Learning environment New technologies plus TLs and PMs were very cooperative

      I will not target any community here.. But still all my good exp here flushed into gutter just because i havnt served my notice period, due to personal reasons. After 10 days i had again contected them to let me serve my notice period but they didn't called me because they have to give me my own salary for 18 days which i haven't got yet and i dont think so that they will even give me.. I will file a case for sure to this sice its against labor law.. But I had never seen such kind of wordings used by the ceo itself.. Very shocking.. Just for 18 days salary they had eaten up my reliving letter and even not replying to any mail of mine... Reason for leaving was just arround 10k salary growth..they could have easily done that and i was ready to sign a bond against that... But nope... Again said, i will not target a good community just because of an exception..

      Worst Organization

      Please don't join this organization. All the reviews which you find praising company policies and work are fake hr people specially tell most employes to fill the review and tell them what they have filled. so if my review can help anyone i would be happy.

      Cons

      No job security, Hire fire policy, late night workings, lot of pressure, software developer's are not treated as humans, worst organization.
