      Pros

      Management is so hopeless they couldn't complete a project. Most of the project roll off before completion.Unrealistic timelines given to the client without even consulting the developer. Guys with dot net exp. try to manage java projects. Unnecessary pressure on the developer while team leaders are busy browsing Shopping sites and facebook

      NO LIFE ONLY WORK, NO SELF RESPECT, FORCED OVERTIME,NO BENEFITS,NO LEAVE,NO HOLIDAYS

      Worst Company and Management (SHIFTED IN NEW PREMISES WITH NO TOILETS)

      Not much to say here.

      Cons

      Although this company consider itself as an MNC but listen carefully what happened. During the shifting to the new premises, they guys shifted although there was no facilities for the employees. For couple of months I worked in worst condition. Building was full of dust, noise and no AC. Even company got shifted in new premises without arrangement of TOILETS. Management is very cheap. They must have thought about basic facilities for the employees before shifting there. And to claim insurance amount they set old premises afire.

      Fake & very worst company

      Pros

      Nothing positive except there are some really nice people working over there.

      Cons

      - Management is very poor. - Once project is done there is no future they can exit you without any notice anytime even they will not give you any compensation . - Hiring and firing is prime policy. - Highly unfriendly for employee. - No upward mobility. - No career future.
