As a part of our team, you would know that we only promote from within, so all of our executive leadership, especially on the sales side, has leveraged the same processes given to you to achieve the success and positions they currently hold today. With regard to pay, we actually have a highly favorable commission structure set up for our sales team members, and a competitive base pay rate for the industry. As a member of the sales team, pay is, naturally, determined by results, so the only potential limitations are the ones imposed on yourself. We do, however, appreciate any and all feedback as we continue to grow as a company.
