I'll keep this short and to the point. Turnover. In the group I was hired/trained with, over 50% were either fired or quit within 6 months. A colleague who was hired a year before me told me that with his group, it was 75%. Commission. They are touted as being "annuity like" but in practice they are rather paltry. You'll have to sell an unbelievable volume to get to six figures. Disrespect. I could go on quite some time here, but I'll just relay one incident; When I resigned and called to inquire as to why my travel reimbursement hadn't been paid, I was told by a female employee over the phone to "go to H---". This is NOT an isolated incident. The CEO/CTO is known also to be combative and belligerent on closing calls and sends many scathing emails at all hours of the day. I think I've said enough, you get the idea. Please note also that as of 3/5/2019 there was a posting by Glassdoor themselves that they had evidence of false positive reviews being placed for/by this company.

Micromanagement Projects are of very low standard Does not provide Good health plans for employee. Deductibles are very high. No flexible work timings. Work culture is different than any other IT company.. HR is not professional. Lot of stress as they have to manage 8-10 projects at a time.
