Pros

You can work on multi-domains and projects

Cons

Painful things at Chetu • Lack of sleep • You Should wake up too early in the morning and should be in Office sharply on office timing (should not be late even for 5 mins) • Handling Multiple projects ( > 5) is difficult • You do not get time to have a Breakfast • Writing daily status reports (story based) • Cannot take floating leave on Indian Holidays • You may not get a peaceful trip to India, first of all you cannot acquire that many leaves • You may not get time for your Personal works/tasks • Taking 1 or 2 Out-of-Office breaks for doctor visits or any other personal work will also highlighted, and you may not get appraisal or can hold your GC process • Unprofessional language used in emails by head of the company

Pros

Pros - they hire anyone with a pulse so if you need a job it’s yours. They do pay commissions every month if you maintain your clients so theoretically if you can stick around for 5+ years maybe you’ll see a rise in income beyond the low starting wage which I hear is even lower now haha. But, since only about 10% survive a year it’s pretty doubtful.

Cons

Leadership - CEO is very rude and selfish. I’ve seen him fire people after weekly internal calls for saying the wrong thing or voicing an opinion that he doesn’t like to hear. As a result the morale is atrocious. HR / Sales Enablement knows it’s a toxic environment but they want to keep their jobs too so they don’t speak up. Plus you’re being watched on your computer by a team in India, it’s scary. No trust. Law suits against them are rampant. You don’t want a part of this scheme. They’ll keep you for a year and push you out or drive you to insanity and you’ll look elsewhere. I promise. If you do take a job, quit in the first week after you hear their BS. They can’t sugar coat crazy.

Pros

The pros are vary limited. The only pros I can recall is learning about technology and stuff.

Cons

No HR in the US, which has cause problems because of management disrespecting other about, their looks, weight, habits and culture.
