The best thing I like about Chetu is that, it has variety of projects and each project has brand new thing to learn. Having a modern professional culture, It is not hard to learn as you work on the brand new stuff of the project. It means, there are very good set of helping hands to help a developer on demand. I really appreciate the ETC team, who are not only the helping hands of developers but sometimes, works as a backbone for the developer. The second best thing here is the half yearly appraisal system in terms of financial growth. Also a good thing I wish to add here is timely delivery of salary. Chetu is very strict in salary processing on time. Chetu also takes care of an employee not only in terms technical and financial growth but also in providing a good office lifestyle by providing In-campus meal with a cafeteria full of snacks, opened 24 hour. It also provides pick and drop CAB facility for its employees. Management at Chetu adds Fun to the professional life of an employee by providing different IN-Door games at office premises. Chetu also organizes summer and winter parties every year which are full of fun activities and enjoyment. I can say its really awesome.............. The IT support team at Chetu are best, they never let a developer face machine down time. They are very quick in resolving infrastructure problems. The presentation and learning programmes at chetu helps engineers to learn things and learn to share the learning. It provides individual to give presentations and attend the same. In short, Chetu is awesome place to learn and grow in all perspective.
