      I have been with Chetu for 8 years Full Employee covered Healthcare. You can add Family as well. Standard 401k Match 2-3 weeks of vacation time depending on your tenure Gym Discounts Tickets as Work discounts Very transparent Growth where people grow organically from Developers to top leadership.

      Cons

      May be WFH flexibility based on people's tenure and work ethics. Chetu does provide these benefits on a need basis.

      - Great Benefits - Ability for Rapid Success - Great work environment and culture I have really seen a lot of support since starting here which has helped me grow my career

      Certainly a fast-paced environment, so it's not for everyone. Will not succeed unless self starter. However, hard work is rewarded.
