      Pros

      I feel fortunate enough to work at Chetu with great people. This is my 10 years with Chetu and it seems like I just joined. The management team and operation team work closely as a single team. The work environment is good for keep learning new things, grow the experience, and opportunity to do better in the job. Chetu is good for stability and maintaining the work-life balance. There are other good things apart from enjoying the job to get significant 401K matching, full healthcare coverage, discounts on Gym subscriptions, and TicketsatWork.

      Fantastic Company - Exceptional Growth and Culture

      This company is invested in the development of all of its team members, and makes growth a key priority. I started here 8 years ago and have grown to be a Director of Operations in the company. Aside from growth opportunities, the healthcare is great and the retirement benefits are ideal.

      This company isn't interested in employees that aren't willing to grow, so it is not a good fit for everyone.
