      Average experience and better company for fresher to gain learning

      Learning possibilities are good, but management and employee satisfaction is null, it is typically lala's one.

      Pros

      1. Lots to learn and grow, gets lots of opportunities to work on lots of projects. 2. Team members, team leaders and floor managers are very cooperative and helpful.

      Cons

      1. No leaves even of fest, Leave are very less in comparison to other companies. 2. If you taking leave by chance then you have to do work for that day, so that you can prepare daily 5:15 report for that. 3. Senior management is not cooperative, they behave you like client. 4. Employees are treated like robots not human beings.
